So who are we, and why are we building EngageGPS?

You’ve heard the phrase - “Banking is a relationship business.” It’s true. But as ex-bankers, we’ve seen firsthand how most community banks and credit unions struggle to develop and leverage customer relationships. Some rely on generic CRM solutions, but they fail to deliver because technology without an underlying strategy is aimless. Others build complex strategies but fail at execution. We were surprised that there wasn’t an easier way.

We knew we could do better - we had the industry experience, technology capability, and deep sense of curiosity. So we set out to build EngageGPS. A solution that was so easy to deploy and use that even a small community bank or credit union could use it.

And we think we’ve done a great job so far. Bankers who have seen our solution wish they had us, and banks who use it love us. But we aren’t just stopping here. We are working hard to solve other problems that vexed us – managing marketing campaigns, supporting banker rewards and coaching, promoting referrals and collaboration, prospecting for new customers, tracking product and branch performance, reviewing real-time bank performance, and more.
